Ania studied the tradition of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa with Michael Johnson of Clearlight Yoga. She trained in the art of Prana Vinyasa with Twee Merrigan and studied the Anusara method of alignment with Jamie Allison. Ania sees the practice of yoga as all encompassing; uniting mind and body through breath, creating your heart desire from within, and taking your practice off the mat into your daily life and world. Her classes are filled with focus, enthusiasm, passion, and creativity. She invites you to soften your heart, open your mind, and strengthen your body. You may also hear her angel voice singing as you relax.

Brooke Stauffer, RYT

A practitioner of Yoga for 10+ years, Brooke has found that in life’s hustle and bustle, it has always been Yoga that has kept her grounded. She finds a sense of peace in the practice that, for her, cannot be replicated by any other form of exercise. For Brooke, her mat is where she finds her bliss and where she feels her true self without judgements, worries, or cares. Her goal with every class is to help her students come to that place within themselves...their blissful true selves, without judgement and be at peace with the world around them. Brooke is a member of the “military family” and a breast cancer suvivor. Brooke has lived in many different parts of the United States but feels most at home in Michigan, in part, thanks to her wonderful students that make her world a great place to live in.

Marijana Despotovska

Mary started her yoga journey in 2008 as a student…. Transformation of this path invoked an inner thirst within her to want to know and explore more, therefore she joined yoga teacher training with Upodg in 2009 under mentorship of Natalie Mitoraj….Mary’s motto in life is a quote of her favorite writer “life is too short or too long to allow myself the luxury of living it badly” therefore she tries to live the life to the fullest, always streaming towards the edge. Based on that her flows are strong, challenging… motivating the students to find and explore their own edge….each of us has its own limitless possibilities all we need to do is to find them overcoming the obstacles infant and just moving forward.

Liz Handler, RYT

Liz was drawn to yoga after participating in many competitive sports. Not only did yoga tone and fuel her body, it calmed the mind and provided a space to be free and creative. Yoga brings an approach to balance the intensity of our lives. Liz enjoys helping individuals to achieve better body awareness, strength, alignment, and connection of the breath and body. She attempts to create a space for all to explore, experience, and achieve the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Liz finds inspiration from everything around her and believes that a teacher can be anyone. Come find balance in her class.

Jennifer Hildreth, RYT

Also a physical therapist, Jennifer was guided to yoga by a patient 10 years ago. Since then, she has used yoga in her PT practice and has taught community yoga classes for the past 2 years. She is guided by a compassion and a belief that our body and mind are merely vehicles to our inner truth. Jennifer believes that yoga is for everyone. That is why she teaches TheraYoga. Not every ‘body’ is able to participate in traditional yoga classes. Yet yoga offers something for everybody. She brings her background as a physical therapist to her classes and private sessions to provide safe and effective yoga to people of all abilities. Yoga begins where you are at today, not where you may want to be tomorrow. The benefits of yoga are immense. Let yoga guide you to tap into what already exists within you—the ability to heal, to find balance, and ultimately to find peace and truth. Come find the beauty of that truth that is within you.
